Creative Community – Eggo – Design Boutique

Web Designers, graphic artists, photographers, architects and fashion designers now have a special online place where they can post their recent work, share ideas and design concepts or post tips&tricks articles about their area of expertise.

This is my latest discovery: a new creative community: Eggo Studio. The concept is rather new on the Romanian Design Market so I got very curious about the approach of this particular design studio. I was surprised to see this creative boutique was built by a single graphic artist because it looks very professional.

I was so excited about this creative design studio that I actually started contributing to its community growth by adding my friend,  Anamaria Miehs – fashion designer to this design boutique.

miniDraw – iPhone Graphics Application

Mobile Revolution has begun, so naturally, experienced web developers migrated to the future: the mobile world. The iPhone brought a lot of money in Apple’s pocket not by the mobile device itself but by the work of some wonderful people developing each day new cocoa apps.

One of these wonderful iPhone applications is miniDraw, available on App Store,  is designed by an experienced web developer, passionate about 2D & 3D  graphic design.

The concept behind this particular app was to transfer thoughts into designs, to let designers and graphic artists express their ideas into drawings wherever they are: the coffee shop, the subway, etc.

This mobile app is a simple, clean “mini Corel draw”, offering a wonderful user experience, allowing your sketched ideas to be exported by SVG files into your usual desktop vector graphics software: Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator and Inkscape.
